Coconut Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:

3 frozen bananas

500 ml Coconut Cream

270ml Coconut Milk

30ml Raw honey

METHOD:

  1. Remove the bananas from the freezer 10 minutes before starting.

  2. Chop bananas and blend with the coconut milk and cream until smooth. Mix in the honey.

  3. Pour mixture in to ice cream maker and mix until thickened.

  4. Chill in freezer, ensure ice cream is stirred half hourly to avoid ice forming, (this will also ensure the correct consistency).

This is a base recipe, flavours such as almond extract can be added to create new flavours.
